Approximately 50% Syrah from Cattich’s beautiful Russian River Valley estate brings essences of juicy blueberries and spicy cloves to this blend. Hailing from the steep cliffs of Knights Valley is nearly 50% of John Brother’s Sol y Sombra Cabernet Sauvignon adding a structured depth with its deep, black fruit. The 2014 CabShiraz yields dark balckberries and velvety tannins and finishes long and memorably. A great complement to spicy, rich curries or Middle Eastern cuisine, as well as, a good ribeye and filet mignon.
