Zora’s coveted vineyard was planted in the Spring of 2001 with a spacing of 6’ by 4’. This half of the vineyard was planted in Dijon Clone 667. Reminiscent of a coastal Pinot, this beauty reveals ripe pomegranate, orange-peel, and ruby-red grapefruit qualities. The aromatics are perfumed with wildflowers and a bit of anise. Pair with: Crab Bisque, Pork in a Tarragon Cream Sauce, Grilled Salmon, Teriyaki Chicken, Crab Cakes, Caesar Salad with lots of anchovies, Creamy Pesto Pasta, or Filet Mignon. For fromage: Brie or Blue Cheese.
