Description
This offspring is very representative of its Spanish origins with good cardamom spices and a plush cab-like tannin structure combining elements of blackberry fruit, herbaceous-ness, and an earthy-leathery minerality — giving it an untamed sort of burliness until it is tempered with more bottle aging. Pair with: Fish Tacos, Paella Valenciana, Moussaka, Braised Beef Short Ribs, White Bean and Lamb Cassoulet, or Roast Chicken with Thyme and Onions.
