Description
This offspring is very representative of its Spanish origins with good cardamom spices and a plush cab- like tannin structure combining elements of blackberry fruit, herbaceous-ness, and an earthy-leathery minerality—giving it an untamed sort of burliness until it is tempered with more bottle aging. Pair with: fish tacos, paella valenciana, moussaka, braised beef short ribs, white bean and lamb cassoulet, or roast chicken with thyme and onions.
