Description
This unconventional Italian blend (with a Spanish name) contains 40% Primitivo, 40% Trincadeira and 20% Montepulciano. Rich and velvety in aromas of dewy lichen and saddle, with taste components of black plums, currants, and truffles. Excellent with stuffed portobello mushrooms, lamb shanks, and rich meaty dishes, or just as a slow sipper on its own.
