Zora’s coveted vineyard was planted in the Spring of 2001 with a spacing of 6’by 4’. This half of the vineyard was planted with Dijon Clone 777, and its offspring boasts a medley of fresh herbs and rose petals on the nose. A silky elegance ensues on the mid-palate, revealing bright cherries and Rhubarb balanced with earth notes. The finish is the best part. You’ll still be sniffing the glass when it’s gone. Pair with Mushroom Risotto, Lobster Ravioli, Coq au vin, Roast pork with a cranberry glaze, lamb stew, duck curry, or any gourmet burger.
